I stepped on a needle when I was in 3rd grade.  I didn’t actually step on it… I rolled my ankle on to it.  It got stuck in my foot so I went to the hospital and they were unable to remove it.  They said that if it started to bother me, then I would have to go see a specialist.  My senior year of high school, it started to hurt again, so I had new x-rays taken.  The needle shifted and was pinching some nerves.  The specialist removed the needle in less than half an hour, and now I have a scar on the top of my foot.
